Checklist next time you travel
When starting to plan, see if you can find a destination you don’t need to fly to
If flying, climate compensates with a trustworthy partner
For stay, choose environmentally friendly certified hotels or locally family-owned small-scale businesses
Bring your reusables; water bottle, cup, fork, bag and plate
Bring water improvement products to be able to refill your water bottle
Bring environmentally friendly hygiene products since they can be hard to find
Check out restaurants and markets serving, local, seasonal, organic and/or plant-based food
Don’t take animal selfies and don’t interact with wild animals
Don’t visit zoos or parks where animals are used and only support organisations and businesses to protect wildlife and increasing conservation efforts
