Job Opportunities
are you interested in building impact through excellent communication?
I am looking for marketing, sales, social media, and administrative assistance to support my work across various fields. The objective of your role will be to amplify my impact on sustainable development and the transition of economic systems. Tasks will vary but will primarily involve organising bookings, conducting research, creating content, writing articles, managing social media, and related activities.
Background & Skills
You do not need a formal education or specific background, this is a junior assistant role. However, you should have a keen interest in sustainability, preferably in economic systems and sustainable fashion. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to conduct research, find relevant information, and think strategically.
Your work should contribute to specific objectives, such as increasing audience engagement and securing bookings, so you must be comfortable with sales and business development. Graphic design and social media skills are preferable. Being self-reliant, creative, and proactive is crucial. Fluency in Swedish is a bonus but not required.
Expected Deliveries
Several booked seminars
Multiple collaborations and consultancy projects with companies
Regular articles and content creation
Additional tasks based on requests and needs
Scope & Practical
The role requires approximately 3–5 hours of work per week, with weekends off. There are a few weeks per year with longer breaks, aligned with traditional holidays. The work is fully remote, so you will need your own computer and any necessary software.
The position is for an initial period of three months, with strong potential for extension. If the role proves successful, there may also be opportunities to expand the scope of hours and responsibilities.
This is a freelance position, so you must have your own company to issue invoices or understand how to manage taxation based on your location.
The remuneration is approximately €400, depending on practical circumstances.
Apply
Please send your CV and a personal cover letter to sophie@sophiegripenberg.com, with the subject line “Application”. In your letter, explain how you can contribute to my impact and business growth, as well as the skills you bring to the role. Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be considered.
Further questions will be addressed to those who apply.
I look forward to hearing from you.
